Village Law Director Byron provides sage counsel to help navigate today's complex legal landscape.

Stephen is a principal attorney in the firm of Singerman, Mills, Desberg & Kauntz of Cleveland, OH. He focuses his practice on all matters related to municipal law as well as unique problems facing local governments such as public records requests and records retention schedules, compliance with open meeting requirements, and the drafting and administration of zoning laws.

Stephen is a frequent lecturer to the Northeast Ohio Law Directors Association, the Cuyahoga County Metropolitan Bar Association, the Ohio Municipal Attorneys Association, and the Ohio Municipal League. He has a BA from Kenyon College and law degree from Case Western Reserve University.

Richard is sole practioner in Willoughby, Ohio. He practices primarily in Lake County and adjoining counties in Ohio.
